1, seems work,but factories near the lake, they use cargos and ships there. it will cost a lot. ships upload on one side of the wall, and another ship reload at the other side
2, seems work,but small fish still could swim through the device, the grow up and reproduce in the lakes
3.drastic. no prediction, cannot ensure not pollute the lakes in the future.
