①many old buildings can equip with modern facilities example. heating, residents think old architecture is charming
②neighborhood is a nature process. stop some meaningless building cost should see a whole financial picture examples. tourist industry bring more money than government spend on it
需不需要保护古建筑。
比较简单，三点分别反驳的。
一题是说有人对保持旧建筑持批评态度，举了三个理由：
1)旧建筑里尽是破东西，破的取暖设备，破的供电系统等。这不适合人住。
2)居民并不真正喜欢旧建筑，旧建筑周围越来越多的是超市、现代化的建筑等。
3)保持这些破玩意还要花费公共支出，浪费纳税人的钱，并举了一个例子，说某个破建筑通过创收来募集维修资金。
