Nowadays, important qualities needed to become successful have received attention from college graduates. The relative importance of human interaction and hard working in school has been an important issues of successes in tomorrow's jobs. Some people tend to think that the former looks more essential compared with the latter. I fully agree with them. My arguments are shown below.
This is largely because an effective career development depends on not only effective communication skills a person possesses on his or her workplace but also powerful social relationships. It is commonly seen in mu society that either some successful business people tend to win over other competitors in market by virtue of his skills get more easily promoted than their peers who, despite working very hard do not take advantage of these skills. Obviously, learning how to deal with others and putting it into practice are very important to develop good to share some crucial messages. In contrast, although studying hard in school brings some students recognition and approval from their teachers and parents, it hardly offers the helpful skills and material rewards, both of which are plying a significantly important role in one's career development.
On the other hand, studying hard in school makes positive influences on someone's success. It is true that tens of thousands of scientists and scholars who have achieved a great success in their domains benefit from their hard work in school. Studying hard helps them to cultivate a good quality-persistence, which is considered the most important success factors.
In a word, which is more important for a successful future job depends on what qualities the job requires the most. However, a person who has sorts of good qualities and features reaches the zenith of his career more easily.
