托福口语练习方式：
1、充分利用外教课。上外教课时，你就敞开了说吧，咱可是交了学费的！千万别指望哪天在马路上遇到一个行色匆匆的外国人，上去搭讪说：“Can I practice English with you？”人家的回答基本如下：“Well， How much can you pay？”
2、跟室友设定English Time。在English Time时间内，大家只能用英语交谈。比如你们将午饭时间定为English Time，届时大家可以一起用英语聊聊食堂饭菜、社团活动、听过的讲座、当前的时事新闻等。开始的时候你可能会不适应，经常出现表达停滞的状况，甚至会产生放弃的念头，但是如果坚持下去，你的口语就会有意想不到的效果。
3、经常播放英文的经典电影、名人演讲、谈话节目，让英语才离你眼，便入你耳。我推荐大家多听影视对白或访谈。从各种对话中，我们会找到实用的口语表达素材；从精彩的对白中，我们能体会到英语母语人士的思维方式和幽默感。有很多同学可能想通过听英语新闻报道提高口语，个人觉得它对提高听力水平和积累词汇非常有帮助，但其语调与用词过于正式，不适合在生活中运用，因此对提高口语水平方面的帮助相对较小。
托福口语考试怎么准备材料：
如何在面试中使用准备好的雅思口语材料，避免陷入被动局面也是一个非常重要的问题。在面试过程中，可能会出现一些考生没有准备好的问题。如果准备好的问题与未准备好的问题的答案（包括语言风格和流利程度）有很大差异，考官首先会怀疑准备好的答案，认为对考生水平的判断是不可靠的，而且往往不是。当考生讲完后，他们会打断话题，然后转到另一个话题，或者就考生答案的内容提出更多的问题。干扰越多，考试就越被动。因此，考生必须对自己记忆的材料进行技术处理，以保持整个面试过程的连贯性，从语言到表情，给考官一个自然而非斧头般的印象（自然）。
此外，应聘者应该对你想要得到的分数持现实态度。雅思考试报名大部分考生得分在4-7分之间，5分可以通过，6分比较好。没有现实，考生的得分目标不应该太高。否则，任何不情愿只会给自己带来不利影响。此外，雅思成绩与奖学金没有太大关系，英国等国提供的奖学金数额也很小。考生可以根据自己的实际水平准备口试，避免压力和忽视重要性，以满足过关的要求。
最后，考生应该知道以下几点。首先，参加“雅思考官授课”辅导班的考生不应抱着在面试中占优势的希望，因为考官必须遵守两个原则：一是不让熟悉的考生进行口头面试；二是在培训班上，他们不应批改学员的模拟试卷，也不能在模拟口试中给学员打分。否则，考试中心将对考生进行相应处理。
