I think it is kindness.
First， kindness is closely linked to happiness： the kinder you are to others， the happier you and others will be. So， my kindness makes my friends feel happy.
Second， my kindness helps my friends to overcome difficulties in hard times. The true spirit of kindness is to give without considering the cost. So， I always wish to help my friends. For instance， I spent four hours helping a friend of mine get rid of computer viruses. And in return， my friend offered to give me a hand when I need it. That＇s why kindness is a gesture that is mutually beneficial.
我认为这是善良。首先，善良与幸福紧密相连：你对别人越好，你和他人就越快乐。所以我的善良会让我的朋友感到高兴。其次，我的善良会帮助我的朋友在困难时期克服困难。善良的真正精神是不计代价地付出。所以，我总是想帮助我的朋友。例如，我花了四个小时帮助我的一个朋友搞定了计算机病毒。作为回报，我的朋友们会在我需要帮助的时候伸出援助之手。这就是为什么善良是一种互惠互利的姿态。
